Airconditioning is able to source and install various
airconditioning systems and brands.
National Airconditioning aims to carry sufficiently large
stock of new units and parts for all units we supply
ensuring our systems uptime is maintained.
National Call Centre
National Airconditioning has a national call centre based
in Durban offering telephonic support to our customers.
All calls are logged on and recorded on the IT System,
our highly trained call centre agents will allocate the
problem to the relevant technical team ensuring the
problem is resolved onsite as quickly as possible.
National Airconditioning has a highly specialised system
to assist with fast effective decision making keeping our
clients air cooling systems running 24/7.
The Process
1.
Our customers contact the National call centre.
2.
The agent will asses the call and locate the nearest
technical team.
3.
The agent will then contact the customer and
inform them when the team will be arriving and a
possible time frame on the repair job.
4.
After the repair is complete the agent will then
contact the client to confirm the job has been
completed to their satisfaction.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

(R&D) function of a company with the invention of new
products. Whilst this is very important, the development
of existing products is of equal significance because
consumer preferences are continually changing. The
task of product research and development is to come up
with the goods and services that meet the needs of
tomorrow’s customers. In any well-run company,
research and development have strictly commercial
functions to further the company’s business
objectives by creating better products, to improve
operational processes and to provide expert advice to
the rest of the company and to customers.
ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Asset Management System (AMS) was created to
enable the complete tracking of maintenance and
servicing of the assets of a company. The original design
was focused around the servicing, maintenance, and
installation of air conditioning systems, and
has subsequently matured to a far more flexible system
that can be used for any Asset of a company that
requires maintenance.
The system was created as a multi-level, multi-tiered
system which allows complete flexibility within every
asset and asset holder.
Asset Levels
•
Each Asset is able to have its own default service
interval.
•
When the interval has been reached and a service
has not been done, warnings can
•
be sent to the asset holder, a regional manager, a
technician, and a call centre agent
•
who can then deal with the matter.
•
Each Asset can be made up of other Assets (Child
Assets). This enables tracking of
•
individual components that might be the cause of
a greater problem.
•
Breakdowns are minimized and peace of mind is
given knowing that the regular
•
servicing has been done.
•
Full reporting is available per Asset and per Asset
Holder.
COVERAGE AREA
Our certified crews, which are strategically stationed to cover 7 out of 9 provinces (being: The Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and
North West) South Africa is trained to work according to our client’s specifications. Our outreach expands as far as and into: The Northern Cape, The Western Cape, Zambia, Nambia,
Botswana, Angola, Zimbabwe, Swaziland and Lesotho.
